The Poppies media team are saddened to learn of the death of Dave Dunham – former Rockingham Road announcer, Kettering Town Director, Northants TV Commentator, and father of Jon Dunham – Sports reporter at the Northants Telegraph.
Dave was on the original board of the Poppies Supporters Trust in 1992. He was a member of the Vice Presidents / Executive members, and became a Club Director under Peter Mallinger.
He took over the official club call from Paul Cooke and was a presenter and commentator for Northants TV.
Dave was a very loyal supporter of the Poppies during his time at the club.
